 In my application i am getting 0x16 as the reason for disconnect, so actually what does it mean?

&lt;p&gt;you can find information about the disconnection codes from the Bluetooth Status Codes section in the documentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;0x16 means Local Host Closed Connection (the stack terminated because of something, could be a L2Cap connection parameter update timeout or a pairing failure)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For S110:
