I can not update the dongle on this system, it doesn't show up as a device in the Master Control Software. The JLINK does show up as a device though. I looked at the log, found a problem.

so.. then I found a link to fix this. Update the following registry entry for each user that uses nRFgo Studio, and it should work:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SEGGER\J-Link\InstallPath

Hi,

You have likely updated the J-Link drivers on your device making the older version incompatible.

Update the firmware on the dongle with the one you can find in the master control panel menu, then try again.
