I see. It is a bit difficult to know. If you attach a programmer you could check the flash area where the bootloader usually is. If your devices have buttons you could try pressing them while doing a reset (reset button or taking the battery out and in) and see if you advertise as a DFU target instead of beacon. Other than that I don't know how to help you sorry :(

I guess, because there were someone else before me here in this postion and I am not sure what exactly she has done. how can I know if she programmed devices with bootloader? I am a beginner, so sry if I am just wasting your time

Why guess? Can't you test? If you have programmed your beacons with a bootloader you should be able to update them over the air. If not you have to connect a programmer.

wow.... then I guess this is my problem... Now I have 200 beacons with 0x0059 company_identifier, how can I know If they can be updated over the air? or i have to throw all of them out?:-(

0x0056 is Nordic's identifier, while 0x004C is Apple's. See this. As far as I know the beacon API on iOS devices only supports Apple's company identifier.

so would you plzzzzz tell me why neither nrf beacon ios app, nor my own ios app cannot find my beacons? I have to add that everything is working fine in adnroid and even in ios version of nrf connect. but nrf beacon for ios is not working. I developed my ios app based on nrf beacons src code and non of them are working, and nrf connect src code is not available:( so i cannot see what they have done in there so that it works fine with my beacons. believe me i am gonna cry:(

for now, I just need find the beacons in ios app, and trigger some actions based on their numbers. do i need serviceuuid for this?

It seems you haven't included any service UUIDs or TX power level in your advertisment, so that it is not available is expected. If it is something wrong or not depends if this is something that you want to include or not.
