 I&amp;#39;m able to use the MasterEmulator in a WPF or command line application but when I try to use it in Windows PowerShell i get an error. 
 I&amp;#39;m trying (with the dll loaded): 
 New-Object Nordicsemi.MasterEmulator
 
 which fails with:

My solution now is to just use the PC&amp;#39;s default Bluetooth 4.0 device with the Windows Runtime API Windows.Devices.Bluetooth.
