Hmm, that's weird. If that's the case, I would think you will have to use the "text editor" version. The "text editor" version is quite long, but it will work fine to set the values there as well.

I am using SDK version 12.2 and when i open Configuration wizard it is empty !

The configuration wizard was introduced in SDK 12.

When you open sdk_config.h there is no "configuration wizard" at the bottom of the text editor window?

Which version of Keil do you use?

I can't see configuration wizard in my keil. Do I need to install something? or is there any option to enable it?

If you want to use logging over RTT, you can use the SDK logging functionality directly. Open the sdk_config.h file that comes with the project, and open the configuration wizard tab at the bottom of the file. Enable logging over RTT by checking the RTT box. When logging over RTT is enabled, the log functions can be used normally, like NRF_LOG_INFO("Heart Rate Sensor Start!\r\n") for instance.
