Hi Raj,

as you correcty state in your question, the UICR registers can only be erased by issuing a ERASEALL command (i.e. erasing entire chip). It is possible to alter the content of a UICR register at runtime, but it is only possible to change 1's to 0's.

UICR is one time programmable memory (OTP) designed in such way that it can be only erased by full chip erase using programmer. So I'm afraid there's no way to do it at runtime.
