I use the nRF52832 and the SoftDevice S132 V2.0.1. When I perform a soft reset (NVIC_SystemReset) while the SoftDevice is running, the fault handler is triggered with the ID = NRF_FAULT_ID_APP_MEMACC. The same sequence on the nRF51822 with S130

RE: NRF_FAULT_ID_APP_MEMACC occurs after Soft Reset when SD was running

Np :) Thanks for adding the answer.

RE: NRF_FAULT_ID_APP_MEMACC occurs after Soft Reset when SD was running

Hi Petter

I've found the error when I tried to compose a sample project to reproduce this issue. My mistake was that I wrote the retention register (NRF_POWER->GPREGRET) when the SoftDevice was enabled. This was the reason for the fault and not the soft reset.

Sorry for bothering you and thanks for your help!

RE: NRF_FAULT_ID_APP_MEMACC occurs after Soft Reset when SD was running

I'm having trouble reproducing this. The reason for using V2.0.1 is that I just migrated from nRF51822 with S130 V2.0.1 to the nRF52832.

RE: NRF_FAULT_ID_APP_MEMACC occurs after Soft Reset when SD was running

I will try to reproduce this, but are you sure you are using S132 v2.0.1?
