&lt;p&gt;I have not tested the I-Jet, but there are some other threads about it (with various results apparently) here on DevZone. See &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/16176/s310-and-iar-i-jet-loadrun/"&gt;this&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/33022/iar-i-jet-debugging-wont-run/"&gt;this&lt;/a&gt; thread. In general, any SWD compliant debugger should work. However, we cannot guarantee that it will work, you will have to verify this by yourself. Check out chapter 16 - Debug and trace in &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52/dita/nrf52/chips/nrf52832_ps.html?cp=2_2_0"&gt;nRF52832 product specification&lt;/a&gt; or chapter 11 - Debugger Interface in &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf51/dita/nrf51/pdflinks/ref_manual.html?cp=3_2"&gt;nRF51 reference manual&lt;/a&gt;. You might also get som support from the developer of the debugger.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nRFgo Studio &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/33421/nrfgo-and-iar-i-jet/"&gt;will only work with SEGGER debuggers&lt;/a&gt;, i.e., the I-Jet will not work.&lt;/p&gt;
