The sniffer can be plugged into the same PC or another PC.

Of course I have three device : my nrf51822 ble_mouse, sniffer and win 8.1 PC build-in bluetooth (as master)

Should I do this in one PC，or my sniffer can be plugin any other pc？

Hello,

When you first open the sniffer, you will see a list of all advertising devices. Then you have to choose which device you want to sniff by pressing the corresponding number. After that, open Wireshark by pressing w. When Whireshark is open you should be able to sniff the selected device, even when it connects to a master.

It is a little hard to understand your setup. In order to use the sniffer you will need three devices; one peripheral, one central, and one sniffer.
