I am not using flow control, it seems okay if i only print the RSSI

What if you only print:

printf("%d", Rssi);
printf("\n");

It should be nothing wrong with the rssi value, i am broadcasting beacon with different interval, because for ios, I just download one app from app store and use that to broadcast.

Have you tried to figure out if it is something wrong with the rssi value, or if it something wrong with the "printing"? Are you broadcasting with the same interval on the Android phone as on the iPad?

HI, Petter, i added a picture as a reference, it's around 3 out of 10 results displayed, when i use more ipad to broadcast the ibeacon, it becomes worse

What do you mean by not printed nicely? How often is sometimes?
