With the app timer you can create multiple timer instances, each with their separate interrupt. &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.0.0/group__app__timer.html?cp=4_0_0_6_8_27"&gt;Here&lt;/a&gt; is the API reference.&lt;/p&gt;
