I am afraid that we do not have an installer for nrfutil, but you can create an executable after you have installed it from source. i.e. first run running python setup.py install and then pyinstaller nrfutil.spec.

Thank you just want to check is there anywhere to download as an install. Running a python program from source is a massive pain in comparison. Thanks

You're using an older version of nrfutil. You must use nrfutil v1.5.0 to generate keys for the Secure Bootloader in SDK v12.1, the newest version is available from this GitHub repo.
