I followed the instructions for getting nrfutil latest version built and was able to generate a private key and public key file.
Now I am using this command to build my package

RE: nrfutil not building package properly

I rebuilt this with the option (under Visual GDB) to program the softdevice separately and it works.

It builds a much smaller hex file which then produces the package file.

RE: nrfutil not building package properly

I run the same command on a test image hex file "dfu_test_softdevice_s132.hex" and I get the correct looking output. So there must be an issue with my hex I guess but not sure what.
