Nexus 5 is having Android 6 (Marshmallow), Yes LED1 glows in DK

Does the LED1 glow on the DK? It could also be a problem with the Nexus 5. Maybe upgrading to Android 6 (Marshmallow) could help.

In Nexus 5 the problem still continues. We can only discover 0X1800 service.

Did you use the Program Application tab ? Do not use the "Program Softdevice" tab when programming the experimental_ble_app_blinky_pca10040_s132.hex.

i am unable to load that softdevice,i am getting invalid data found in region above the value indicated by CLENR0

The SoftDevice is already included in the experimental_ble_app_blinky_pca10040_s132.hex, in nRFGo studio, click on "Erase all", and then program the experimental_ble_app_blinky_pca10040_s132.hex in the Program Application tab.

yes it is experimental_ble_app_blinky,SDK 12.0.1

I am using s132_nrf52_3.0.0_softdevice.hex.I am not able to dump experimental_ble_app_blinky_pca10040_s132.hex on chip, i am getting invalid data found in region above the value indicated by CLENR0

Is this the example experimental_ble_app_blinky ? Are you using SDK 12.1? Could you use nRFGo Studio to load the experimental_ble_app_blinky_pca10040_s132.hex on the chip.

With the nRF Connect app you should see a device called "NORDIC_BLINKY". The LED1 should be glowing. If you connect to the device, LED2 should start glowing, and you should see a service called "Nordic LED Button Service".
