Then you can try increasing to +4 dBm output power and see if your range improves. Be aware that this will increase current consumption.

i am using a blend micro from redBear lab. an it work in the default 0dbm power. I am getting a range of 13M in line of sight

Hi,

What power have you set the nRF8001 and blend micro to?

Are either a custom board, if so did you tune the RF parts properly?

Finally, what kind of environment are you getting the 13 m range in? Solid surfaces nearby can affect the range of the system.
