Note that for 2-way communication, higher transmitting power from one side is not enough, you need high output power from the phone also. I can't say the nRF5 series at 4dBm would guarantee communication with your phone at 30m since I have no data about your phone also it depends on the environment.

In the future (2017), with Bluetooth 5.0 release and long range feature, 1-200m will be possible.

I'm sorry I was thinking the module using our nRF5 series, not the nRF8001. With nRF8001, the max output is 0dBM.

i thing the maximum transmission power of blend micro is 0dbm. then how can i set the TXpower to 4dbm...........?

A tuned board is a board that has the RF part tuned (or optimized) so that it has best RF performance. It's recommended to test with our nRF5 DK board. They are a tuned board. On the phone it may not have the best RF since there are lots of components and also on how you hold the phone etc.

Also you should try with TXpower set to 4dbm, not with the default 0dbm.

i was used phone as a central and i have tested in an open area.but there are some vehicles parked around there and the area is near to road

Hi, how did you test the board ? You used blend micro on both sides or you use a phone as the central ? Where did you test ? It should be tested in open area, not in door where there's lots of reflection. It should be possible to achieve 30m outdoor LOS with a tuned board.
