 I have a serialized app I&amp;#39;m porting to SDK 11 and the S130 SD. 
 This is an STM32 serialized to an nRF51. 
 When I call sd_ble_enable(...) for the first time at initialization time, I get a return error of NRF_ERROR_INVALID_STATE.
