yes, you can remove them. The makefile included the ../config in the INC_FOLDER , and that's the only config folder needed.

I am facing the same issue for bootloader secure dfu example.I am using SDK 12.0.0.I am getting following error Not able find following folder "/config/secure_dfu_secure_dfu_ble_pca10028_s130 " and "/config ".Line no 54 and 55 in make file.In this case also you want me to remove these lines or any other modification.Thanks for response.

Hi Ponlakshmi,

Please simply ignore it. It was because we included the default "config" folder which is common in our examples but not needed when compiling the ecc library.

You can remove that error by removing the INC_FOLDERS at line 14 in the "makefile" where you call "make".
