&lt;p&gt;I have created an example that measures the VDD of the nRF51822 from the template project in SDK v11.0.0.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have attached the Keil project below, just extract it to nRF5_SDK_v11_0_0\examples\peripheral
and you should be able to compile it.&lt;/p&gt;
