Strange. Never heard about that before. I meant: What happens in Master Control Panel for PC if you set APP_CFG_CONNECTION_INTERVAL to 200 ms in the application?

I found the error is because the firmware in the dongle is corrupted. I do not know why I need to program the dongle again after almost everytime I plug it out from the PC. I cannot set APP_CFG_CONNECTION_INTERVAL for the Master Control Panel because it is the PC software, but I can set the connection interval in the option of Master Control Panel. If I set it to 200ms, the notification I received from the DK board is 200ms. If I set it to 600ms, then the notification received is in 600ms interval, no matter what I set the APP_CFG_CONNECTION_INTERVAL in the DK board's software.

I don't understand why you suddenly get that error. Can you try to do "Refresh device cache" in nRF Connect for Android? What happens if you set APP_CFG_CONNECTION_INTERVAL to 200 ms in Master Control Panel for PC?

The SDK version is 12.1.0. Now I used the Master Control Panel and the dongle to test. I found that the real connection interval is equal to the setting of the Master Control Panel. Also, I have just changed the APP_CFG_CONNECTION_INTERVAL to 200ms, then the mobile app "nRF Connect" cannot connect to the DK board (but the Master Control Panel can connect to the DK), I got: Error 133(0x85): GATT ERROR
