&lt;li&gt;NRF8001D with part number 14030X (X = A, B...G).
All of the modules from the first and the second groups work perfect. And all modules from the third group can&amp;#39;t start working.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But it&amp;#39;s a little bit strange that it works on nRF8001C but not nRF8001D.
