 I am using device nRF51822-CFAC, the SoftDevice is S130_nRF51_2.0.1(Id: 0x0087). In my project&amp;#39;s General Options-&amp;gt;Target-&amp;gt;Device, I selected &amp;quot;NordicSemi nRF51822-CFAC&amp;quot;.

I didn&amp;#39;t select the right debug driver. I am using J-Link, so in Debugger-&amp;gt;Setup-&amp;gt;Driver, select J-Link/J-Trace, problem gone.
