I confirm Ole's reply. I'm looking at nRF6310 Rev 1.3 schematic, and U14 is MAX3373EEKA+.

In your photo, the device is labeled AAKS, and this matches the data sheet on the 4th line of page 21.

The data sheet is Here and covers multiple devices in multiple packages. See page 20.

Thanks for this information. The type information is U6 rather than U14. The U14 PIN number is 8. Can you please give me the type information of the U14 again? Attachment for your reference. Thanks.

The U14 component is a MAX3373EEKA+ level shifter.
