I&amp;#39;m looking at nRF6310 Rev 1.3 schematic, and U14 is MAX3373EEKA+.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In your photo, the device is labeled AAKS, and this matches the data sheet on the 4th line of page 21.&lt;/p&gt;
