We don't have an exact limit here, but yes if you toggle the pin at 2kHz I would consider that a high frequency as well. The problem is that this pin is very close to the radio so toggling it will affect the radio modulation.

I meant 2000 Hz not 2000khz. is that also high freq? Can you please refer me to nordic mention about that?

Never toggle them? Why? in the same IOs on QFA it is working when toggle them at the 2000 khz Does 2000khz is high freq?

These pins are located close to the Radio, You should avoid toggling these pins when the radio is beeing used. If you are using the softdevice, consider using radio notifications to avoid using these pins during radio activity. This will also depend on your schematic.
