No, we do not provide Eclipse project files in the SDK. You have to follow the Create a new Eclipse project section in the Development with GCC and Eclipse tutorial.

i have nrf51 sdk. in sdk don't they provide eclipse project??

The tutorial you are following has two attached archive files you need to download (blinky and something else). Those archives contain all the source code files and an Eclipse project file. The Ecllipse project is a hidden file with name '.cproject'. (Hidden on LInux because it starts with a period.) When you are importing a project using Eclipse, use the 'Browse' button and navigate to wherever you downloaded those attached archive files.

i downloaded package from that link and problem solved. i installed gnu arm plugin. but when i am trying to import project, i can't import anything

Haven't seen this error before, but it looks like it can possibly be related to your network configurations. You may try to download the package here instead of using the installer.

According to the tutorial you are following:

This package also adds support for shell commands such as rm and mkdir that are used by our Makefiles. Unquote. "rm" is Linux/UNIX command that deletes a file. If you type "rm" at a command line, and get "command not found" then maybe you don't have the PATH right, or the installation of the GNU ARM tools failed, or the tutorial is outdated? Most likely the PATH as suggested earlier by Bjorn. You can find the location of the installed "rm" command using WIndows search for file "rm.exe"? Whatever its location, that location must be in your path. Use "echo PATH" (something like that, I don't use Windows) to see what your PATH is.

I think that Windows is reporting ("Cannot find file specified" is from Windows) that it cannot find the "rm" command? What is your environment, for example MinGW? Try executing "rm" on the command line.

That is fine, but I wanted to know if you have added /GNU Tools ARM Embedded/5.4 2016q3/bin to your PATH system environment variable. (Search for Edit the system environment variables in Control Panel and then click Environment variables and then fint PATH in the list)

Have you verified that the toolchain has been added correctly to your path variable, i.e. have you added

<path to install directory>/GNU Tools ARM Embedded/5.4 2016q3/bin

to your path variable?
