It should be easy to change the advertisement data to your required beacon data and setup that the device should change from connectable advertising to non-connectable advertising on when entering a connection. A good staring point is the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.0.0/ble_sdk_app_nus_eval.html?cp=4_0_0_4_2_2_18">BLE UART application</a>.
