The IAR workspace(.eww) for the eddystone example will be added in the next release of the SDK (when SDK13 goes out of alpha).

In the nRF5_SDK_12.2.0_f012efa.zip\examples\ble_peripheral\experimental_ble_app_eddystone I have not found "experimental_ble_app_eddystone.eww" file. Can you send it to me?

SDK 12.2 is now released, and you can find the Eddystone example in the folder SDK_INSTALL_FOLDER\examples\ble_peripheral\experimental_ble_app_eddystone

You can use the implementation in the legacy repo. The repo with updates from the latest Eddystone specifications will be included in the next SDK release.
