&lt;p&gt;The nRF52840 comes in a AQFN73 7 x 7 mm package, &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52840.ps/mec_spec.html?cp=2_1_0_53#mech_specs_frontpage"&gt;as described here&lt;/a&gt;. All pins are under the chip.&lt;/p&gt;
