That sounds good Darren. We are also re-design the buttonless application. I don't think app scheduler should be required in the application. This limits the app's flexibility.

Yes, I'm aware that the applications are separate but when implementing buttonless secure DFU you need currently need to to add nrf_dfu_settings.c because ble_dfu.c calls it and nrf_dfu_settings.c includes the app scheduler.

My question is moot now after reading these posts devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ and devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

We am going to switch from using the flash write back to using GPREGRET since I prefer this method.

Hi Darren,

I'm not sure why app_schedule in the bootloader has anything to with RTOS in your application. They are 2 separate applications.
