You can use nrfutil to gerenate this page as explained <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.tools/dita/tools/nrfutil/nrfutil_settings_generate_display.html?cp=5_4_6"><strong>here</strong></a>. You can then merge it with the bootloader, application and softdevice to get a single .hex file (merge tool include in <a href="http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/nordic/Products/nRF52-DK/nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32/51499"><strong>command line tools package</strong></a>).</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
