For my project I use a Raytac module with a nRF52 Chip on it. Softdevice is not flashed. Project is based on SDK 11.0
When I flash the module for first time with my code, then all works. No, I dont use a external 32kHz on my board.
What do you have in lfclk_request() ? Do you use external 32kHz crystal in your board ? I suspect there could be problem with the crystal or the tracks. You can try to use the 32kHz RC instead, just to verify.

RE: Timers wont work after time

Yes, we have several modules. And we are able to flash them more than once. I developed the project on this modules. But after a few days when the modules are running, then the Timers stop. I tried all to get the modules work again. Software reset, power on off, erase all and flash again. But nothing solved the problem. I use this Timer function for all my projects, and I never had a problem like this.

RE: Timers wont work after time

Please clarify. Do you mean that you have many modules, and once you flash a module, it works for a while and never works again, even after flashing new software into it? And that you have to discard it and plug in a new module? Don't some chips have security built in so that it can only be flashed once, so maybe your second flash is not really doing anything? Also, you don't say whether a module works after it seems to stop working and then you reset the module (cycling power to it)?
