I removed all drivers + software and reinstalled everything! Now it works, so probably it was a driver fault! Thank you for helping!

I indeed tried blinky, this didn't work. Also tried to reflash. I entered bootloader and dropped the .bin file. Led5(Segger LED) keeps blinking. After that i gave a reset but it didn't help to fix the problem!

Which example did you try? Can you try to drag and drop the standard blinky prebuilt hex-file found in [SDK_ROOT]\examples\peripheral\blinky\hex\blinky_pca10040.hex? If this does not work, can you try to reflash the latest SEGGER J-Link OB interface firmware, as described here?
