But.....you are definite that creating mulitple instances of BluetoothGatt for each additional slave or nrf8001 should work?

Unfortunately we do not have example code for this. We simply tested it using different apps.

Yes, you can, but this will be limited by the master implementation. It will also be affected by the connection interval and other connections the master device might have, such as WIFI and classic Bluetooth. I think the largest number of devices we have had connected simultaneously to an iPhone is around 8. Note that this was Heart rate sensors which typically use slow connection intervals. The most we have tried on Android, as I know of, is 3-4 with a short connection interval (20-30 ms).

Okay , but can I connect many nrf8001 devices to a single app by having multiple instances of BluetoothGatt ? Is there any implementation example for the same?

Hi,

The nRF8001 can only maintain one connection at any one time.
