You can use nRFgo studio to flash the blinky project .hex file to your BLE module.

&lt;p&gt;Download and install the program.
On the left side under &amp;#39;Device Manager&amp;#39;, click on &amp;#39;nRF5x Programming&amp;#39;.
On the &amp;#39;Application&amp;#39; tab, browse to your .hex file and then click on &amp;#39;Program&amp;#39;.
