Thank your patience.I had download the uECC,and I had tried to run make to compile the micro-ecc library.But it return error.

What did you do to clone the repo ? If you don't want to clone, you can simply download the library as a zip file from the web. And unzip it into that folder. Make sure the naming of the folders are correct. You should have: \external\micro-ecc\micro-ecc
