I don't understand why you are giving a link to the S110 8.0.0 zip download? IROM1 start should be 0x16000 and the size should be 0x29000. IRAM1 start should be 0x20002000 and the size should be 0x2000.

Iam using the android app and i checked with example ble_app_hrs also.i changed the irom values to 0x1600 and 0x2A000 .i followed www.nordicsemi.com/.../96824334 this link.

Are you using iOS or Android? Have you tried any other applications? ble_app_hrs for example?

Yes I have checked with softdevice 7.3.0 also but no result.

SoftDevice S110 v8.0.0 is not compatible with SDK 6.1.0 as you can see from the table linked to above. SDK 6.1.0 is compatible with SoftDevice S110 v.7.x.x. Have you flashed the SoftDevice?

Thanks for replay. i downloaded sdk 6.1.0 version and softdevice s110 8.0.0 .i able flash the code(C:\Users\user\Desktop\nrf_6\nrf51822\Board\pca10001\s110\ble_app_beacon\arm) in to the device.I downloaded nRF connect android app in mobile.but there is no obtained beacon in the app.is there any process to view the advertisement??and iam uisng revision 2.2.0

It depends on what version of the board you have.

See this. If you have 1.0.0 or 2.0.0 you have a revision 1 IC, if you have 2.1.0 or 2.2.0 you have a revision 2 IC.

See this for what SDK and SoftDevice to use with the different revisions.
