There is also a known issue with the GNU ARM Eclipse Plugin regarding debugging and Eclipse Neon, see <a href="https://github.com/gnuarmeclipse/plug-ins/issues/156">this</a> issue on the plugins Github page. The recommended Eclipse version is Mars.2</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
