&lt;p&gt;Yes, with the nRF52 you can use GPIO pins 24 and 23.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the nRF51 there was a pin named VDD_PA that you would normally connect to the rfx2401 TXEN pin to select TX active or RX active. But, on the nRF52 you can use any free GPIO pin.
