We had one in SDK v10, but that one was experimental. Have you ported the bootloader from SDK v10 to SDK v11? If you need a bootloader that uses signed firmware images, then I recommend that you move to SDK v12.2.0 where we have a production ready bootloader with signing, i.e. the Secure Bootloader.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
