it does not work in debug it go on fault_handler and i do not have any advertising now

I have edited my answer, can you try the new LFCLK settings and see if that solves the issue?

i do not know why but when i choose NRF_CLOCK_LR_SRC_RC it does not work

when i try to debug it i see that it go to fault_handler and i have no idea about it...

do you test it?!

also i read that every 0.5degree we should calibrate it...

i think the simplest way is using an external crystal for board

Setting the LFCLKSRC to NRF_CLOCK_LF_SRC_SYNTH will result in the HFCLK being always turned on. This will result in an additional constant current consumption of ~800uA.

The SDK v11.0.0 examples are intended for the nRF51 DK which uses a nRF51422 QFAC variant(i.e. 256kB Flash and 32kB RAM). The nRF51 DK also has an external 32kHz which is used by the SoftDevice, thus if you do not have an external 32kHz crystal, then you have to set the LFCLKSRC to the following

                                 .rc_ctiv       = 16,                                \
                                 .rc_temp_ctiv  = 2,                                \

If you can debug the ble_app_uart application, then I suggest that you look at the returned error codes in ble_stack_init().

i use sdk11 and s130 softdevice no i have not external 32khz crystal...why i need it? i open the debug but i think it does not work truly

Which SDK are you using?
Is the nRF51822 QFACs and nRF51822 QFAA chip on a custom boards?
If yes, to they have an external 32kHz crystal?
Are you able to debug the ble_app_uart_s130 application on the nRF51822 QFAA device?
