I just tried here, it worked fine on PCA10028. Here is the hex BLE_beacon.ino_OTA.RBL_nRF51822_32KB.hex

Which scanner did you use ? Note that it's iBeacon, you won't be able to detect it with the nRFBeacon app on Android. Please use nRFConnect to scan. You can try with the HRM example.

Also, please make sure you flashed S130 v1.0 not v2.0

@Hung Bui :After burn the hex code BLE_Beacon not detected in my mobile app. In scanner side is not detected. I want to know the Redbear arduino code is suitable for this(PCA10028) Hardware.

yes i am sure first load the softdevice hex then load application hex.

@Murugan: make sure you flashed S130 softdevice v1.0 before you flash anything else.

What example did you try?

Did you generate the hex file yourself, or is it a precompiled hex from the github page?
