You mean if you check "Block readback" it flashed with no problem ? Have you verify that the firmware worked properly after that? Were you able to re-flash the chip, for example modifying the firmware on the same chip?

Hi Hung Bui, I'm used board 0 > extension - nRF24LE1 QFN24 OTP/Flash to program the chip. This is the simple way to program the code to nRF chip. We don't understand why there is keep notify us the error on programming the infopage of board 0. I also confirm there is no tick on "enable hardware debugging. i try tick the Block read back of main memory and then it can load the code into the chip. Is it any affect the code?

Could you click on Advanced Setting and make sure you don't check "Enable hardware debugging" and "Block readback of main memory".

Also please test with simple application such as blinking LED. Note that you are using OTP chip, so it could be wise to test first with normal chip.

Could you read the laser marking on top of the chip ? I guess your chip is not OTP ?

Please answer my questions above. Also which firmware were you trying to flash ? Could you try to test with a very simple example say blinking an LED ? And give me the hex if you still have issue with it.

We need to check why the programmer want to program the info page. Usually, there is no need to write to infopage if you don't want to enable debugging or when you don't enable readback protection.

It's an OTP One Time Programmable device. You can't program it twice. You should use non-OTP if you want to change the flash.

Hi hung bui, Yes, I try used the nRFgo studio + nRF24LE1 adaptor board to program on year ago and do not find any problem. But now, we used to program again and find error on info page. Do you have any technical support in HK or china that we can send our kit for them to fix the issue. Thanks Roderick

Have you programmed the chip before ? It could be that it has been programmed and won't be able to program again. Please try to test with another chip, prefer a normal , not OTP chip.

You can try to follow this instruction. It's for nRF24LU1+ but you can try with the nRF24LE1. Note that the OTP design is only one time programming.

Could you take a screenshot of the error and a photo of your setup ? Are you able to program other boards ? The nRF24LE1 OTP has not been programmed before ?
