Yes, I noticed sniffer stop capturing advertisement packet when I choosing which device I want. And the update window popup every time, so I decided to remove v6.12. Thanks for your response :)

Hi Frog,

You are right. The sniffer tool need an update.

We also found that updating to Jlink v6.12 breaks the sniffer back end. And downgrade to 5.12 helps.

To downgrade there is an easier way is to open J-link Configurator of the Jlink version you want, and right click on the dongle, then you can select to "Replace the firmware" and it should be downgraded.

The most annoying part is the ask for update popup we get when we do anything with Jlink. I also hope we would prioritize updating the sniffer and get a newer version soon.
