Try to flash the PPK again with <code>ppk_v1_0_0.hex</code>. Also note that we have not tested the PPK desktop application on Linux. If you are still experiencing the error after reflashing(also try to test it on a windows computer), you will need to print the exception message to get more information, see line 1090 in ppk.py</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
