&lt;p&gt;Make sure that the PPK is flashed with the correct firmware. Try to flash the PPK again with &lt;code&gt;ppk_v1_0_0.hex&lt;/code&gt;. Also note that we have not tested the PPK desktop application on Linux. If you are still experiencing the error after reflashing(also try to test it on a windows computer), you will need to print the exception message to get more information, see line 1090 in ppk.py&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
