I am developing a BLE application using the custom characteristic example provided by nordic. I have added a few characteristic for the same.
I am having a small issue, when the nrf52 is not connected to any BLE peripheral, it resets automatically

RE: Auto Reset of NRF52.

Just for others reference if you are not in Debug mode but it still get reset.

You also need to pay attention on the wake up button definition.

Once you have called bsp_btn_ble_sleep_mode_prepare(), the BSP_BUTTON_0 will be the wake up button.

If the BSP_BUTTON_0 is not set to your intended GPIO number, the nrf52 may reset after advertising timeout.

RE: Auto Reset of NRF52.

Yes, this is what was happening, got it solved.

If you are in debug mode, the chip will reset.
