Open <code>Control Panel-&gt; Devices and Printers</code>. Find and open the nRF52-DK(J-link), and click on the Hardware tab. Identify the driver that have &quot;Interface 2&quot; in the name. Then go to <code>Control Panel -&gt; Device Manager</code>, locate the driver in the &quot;Universal Serial Bus controllers&quot; -list and uninstall it.
