I am using Command Line Tools 9.2.1 on openSuse 13.2 terminal, and I was no trying to flash any application, I was unable to use the command like "nrfjprog --help" it outputs "Segment Violation", and I am sure I had put the Path as an Enviromental Variable.

I saw that note and I'll try with the JLink 5.12G.

Hi,

This could be a bug with the 6.12f. Was it something special about the application you tried to flash? Do you have this problem if you try to flash some of the SDK examples? Are you using nrfjprog version 9.2.1? I tried to reproduce it with some of the examples in the SDK, but I’m unable to reproduce it. Also see this note. For nRF51 and nRF52832 it is recommended to use JLINK 5.12G.
