Is there a sniffer binary for the nRF52 DK or only the nRF51 ?

I only have nRF52832 DK. and nRF52840 PDK

(I have some other nRF51 boards but the are not Nordic DK's)

What device are you testing against? Are you sure you don't have any timers in the device firmware that will cause a disconnect if the peer doesn't perform a specific task? I would still like to see a sniffer trace so I can know which side triggers the disconnect.

Normal Ble can be analyzed while connecting with nRFconnect tool. However, this device is disconnected in about 1 second (hidden), so we are in trouble because service can not be analyzed. I want to maintain connected state. This device is connected and functioning with the android application.

I don't understand what you are asking. gatt.refresh() (hidden) doesn't mean there is anything hidden here , it's just telling that the function is a hidden function. We call gatt.refresh() right after disconnection.

You need to describe what exactly the problem is, what are you testing, what you want to achieve.

The disconnection status 19 meaning the remote user on the peer device disconnected (BLE_HCI_REMOTE_USER_TERMINATED_CONNECTION).

@sfujimoto: If you are talking about the gatt.refresh(), then it's a hidden API, in the sense that it's not available to the application directly. Reflection needed to access it.

You can have a look here (search for refresh) , our developer discussed about the cons of using refresh. Here is a Q&A on stack overflow regarding that.

What do you mean by hidden setting..

Do you mean a service of characteristic that does not show in the advertising or when connected ?

(I don't think its possible to do that)
