The nRF51822QFAAGx also has 16kB of RAM, see this overview on Infocenter. If you want to run you application on a nRF51 variant that has 32kB RAM , then yes, you should adjust the size to 0x6000. It might still run, but I do not recommend setting the size to 0x6000 if you only have 0x4000(i.e. 16kB of RAM).

Sorry for taking your time, it is working again with the RAM/ROM basic configuration. Then, for a nRF51822QFAAG2 I can leave the RAM the same way as for the nRF51822 CEAAEx, but I assume that if I extend the size 0x6000 for the RAM it will work as well?

The nRF51822 CEAAEx variant only has 16kB(0x4000 bytes) of RAM, so the IRAM1 size should be adjusted to 0x2000.

Dear Bjørn,

The revision of the board is the 1.2.0. However in the end we managed to make the same code/bootloader/sd to work in the custom nRF51822 board. EDIT:I have uploaded again the code. Now the bootloader button works, the UUID upgrade not. Looks strange

I was making a mistake with the pins (Not modifiying it properly in the bootloader code). Also I modified the Target settings: -Xtal (MHz) : 16.0MHz -IROM1: Start -0x16000 Size - 0x28000 -IRAM1: Start -0x20002000 Size - 0x6000

The only thing is that at the beggining it looks a bit slow untill I get the first advertisement.
