Ble is not working, because you did not flash softdevice, which actually is something like BLE Stack implementation.

Nie mam doświadczenia z visual studio skonfigurowanym dla mikrokontrolerow, ale o rzeczy związane z nordicami możesz pytać jeśli chcesz, np. przez wiadomość prywatna. Może coś pomoge.

I am not sure. However in "Device Selection" while preparing new embedded project "Soft Device firmware is programmed separately" is checked and SoftDevice is chosen only one i can choose - S130. Anyways led examples work perfectly, ble - do not. As I see your nickname you are probably from Poland, same as I am - maybe we can chat elsewhere like Skype or FB - any help would be most apreciated.
